Here I go.
Sorry for the delay.
I got distracted by the world.
Yeah, it happens to the best of us.
But I made it out alive, and I want you to also. I know you can.
All I want to do is help people, especially God’s people. Not everyone is one of God’s people.
Sure, we are all God’s creations, of that I’m sure. But many fall away, from God, to the ways of the world. I’ll let you in on more about that in the future, particularly that part concerning health.
And I want to have fun, be myself, instead of what everybody who claims to know it all says I should be.
So here I am and here’s my stuff. Get ready for a ride you won’t forget, and won’t want to get off.
I’m selfish, just like you. Yeah you! And what I want is peace; deep, real peace that comes from doing what I was meant/created for. I want you to have that too, especially peace with your health.
So, this isn’t just all about health. No, it’s about life and living, more of it, and higher quality.
Think about it. That’s my first assignment for you. Think about what I might be meaning by one of God’s people. Are you one of them, how much so and why?
I don’t believe anything happens without good reason. In other words, somebody is directing all this we call life and living. You’re reading this right now for some reason, probably deeper than you know. And I’m honored to be supplying the content, or rather just relaying it to you. And yeah, my purpose here is probably deeper than I know.
But enough of the deep stuff. No matter what, this is supposed to be fun. Most things are suppose to be fun, or at least intended to be fun. It won’t always work out the way we want.
I’ve been having fun for years. Or at least it appears that way to many. The truth is I have the most fun when people ask me, “How did you accomplish all that?” Once again, I just want to help people, so I’m happy to comply by sharing these writings and in other ways. I figure it’s one of the best ways I can give back to God for all the blessings I’ve received.
What blessings have you received? I know there is often a lot to complain about. But stop and think about all the good stuff frequently. Make a written list of what you’re thankful for. This is an important part of health – reflecting. The art of reflecting like that is getting lost because of our busy and getting busier world.
